What I’ve been reading

“Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.”

~ Joseph Addison

Here is a list of my latest health related reads worth checking out on your journey to improved mental and physical health. I have made it my daily habit to read and/or listen to books that support my own health journey so that I can continuously cultivate a growth mentality, maintain a positive mindset as my desired default, and maintain balance with my health and life responsibilities.

All you need is some good ear buds as your companions which I found in my Jabra Elite 3 earbuds in Gold Beige (because this Mum always needs colours available to choose from other than black;)

All links to purchase are supplied in my book listing in bold.
