Here is a list of my latest health related reads worth checking out on your journey to improved mental and physical health. I have made it my daily habit to read and/or listen to books that support my own health journey so that I can continuously cultivate a growth mentality, maintain a positive mindset as my desired default, and maintain balance with my health and life responsibilities.
