My structured approach to creating sustainable habit and behaviour change combined with built in accountability will ensure you start to establish or re-establish these health foundations for the long term. I find that my clients who get the best results are those who bring a motivation and commitment to wanting to change their health, from the start.

The duration of my one to one health coaching packages are a minimum of 8 weeks.   The different packages  summarised in the following section, combined with a complimentary “Time for you” health and energy consultation, (you can book yours HERE) may already give you a sense of what level of support you need based upon your current situation and future goals.

  • Did you know it takes only 3 weeks to break a habit, even really unhealthy habits such as smoking.


  • Practicing new habits that replace the ones that don’t serve our health goals can be firmly established in 6 weeks. What is essential to bear in mind is that we have had many years engaging in negative habits prior to this point.

  • Making the changes necessary to keep practicing our new habits until they become natural behaviours may extend far beyond 6 weeks until our old habits no longer feel comforting or natural.

  • It is because of this that I have created my one to one coaching programmes for a minimum period of 8 weeks.
