The one to one health coaching process is essential to achieving long term health and vitality as a way of life. With weekly coaching, you will move forwards with a commitment to your goals and actionable steps, exploring and overcoming barriers and challenges that can often come up along the way.

With the Empower Program, you can take charge of your health and wellness journey over 10 weeks, gaining the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to make lasting changes. This program offers the ultimate level of support for those who truly want to transform their current health and lifestyle. With a bit more hand-holding, you’ll build new healthy habits and sustainable behavior changes that will be established during the 12-week program length. By the end of the program, you’ll authentically live life to the fullest, the sustainable way.

“The relationship between  building healther habits, and time is key” 

  • Practicing new habits that replace the ones that don’t serve our health goals take time to become natural behaviours, or “unconscious competencies”. What is essential to bear in mind is that we have had many years engaging in negative habits prior to this point so we need to be patient with ourselves during the transition and trust in the process of accountability and support to getting there.

     

  • It is because of this that I have created my one to one coaching programmes for a minimum period of 6 weeks.
