I’m Nicola von Bratt, a Certified Health Coach and habits guide. I work with busy professionals who are tired of feeling depleted, disconnected, or “off track”—and who are ready to rebuild their health gently, sustainably, and with support.
What makes this work different? I don’t believe in quick fixes, extreme plans, or all-or-nothing thinking. Instead, I guide you to create small, consistent shifts in how you eat, move, sleep, and care for yourself—so that well-being becomes a part of your life, not another thing on your to-do list.
