Habits can serve us or get in the way on our journey to our own improved health, and living our best life.
A habit is simply a learnt behaviour that has been repeated many time, so it has become something we do without thinking, whether it serves our interests or is holding us back. In order to break habits that don’t serve us, we need to look at what habits we would like to introduce to replace them.
