Roasted Chickpeas

I love roasting chickpeas as a simple, tasty savoury snack, and you can make these so simply in an air fryer in 5-10 minutes! They contain protein, fibre which is great for your gut buddies, and they are a slow releasing carbohydrate, providing steady energy,  without the spike.

They also work beautifully in salads, as a good looking garnish scattered over green summery salad leaves.
