Lentil Bolognese

Lentils are a fantastic source of protein and fibre which your gut microbiome will thank you for;) They are also an ideal slow releasing type of carbohydrate (great for keeping your energy levels stable) plus they make an affordable substitute for a meat based bolognese.

Top Tip: You can also add the lentils to your mince, to bulk it up and make the bolognese go further.
