Smoked mackerel paté

Mackerels are very nutritious fish. They offer up an excellent source of protein, vitamins B2, B3, B6, and B12, and vitamin D.  Did you know that their flesh is also full of minerals like copper, selenium, and iodine.  Sread onto oatcakes for a super tasty, as part of a slow releasing lunch,  or snack.
